Overview

This course has been designed to assist SME Management at Consultancy companies operating in Armenia to improve their operating capacity in their principal role of delivering business advice to local MSMEs and to improve the skills and knowledge base of individual consultants.

The course has therefore been designed to provide consultants with applied, practical modelling tools that they can implement to improve the overall business, internal and financial control of their businesses which is particularly timely given a volatile business and financial environment.

The principal focus is to provide financial and budget modelling tools, and models to the consultants so that they can improve their management activities in a core number of areas as highlighted in the key course objectives below.

In addition to applying these modelling techniques to their own operations, the consultants will be able to share concepts about modelling and internal control learned from the course, with their own MSME clients.

The course fee is EUR 50.
